The Pizza Peel will not only get pizza in and out of the oven, it'll also help you be kinder to environment. This peel, unlike wood peels, is totally "green". Made of strong bamboo. Just because it's not made of wood doesn't mean that it isn't strong; bamboo is 16-percent harder than maple. Totally Bamboo uses organically grown Moso bamboo, so you need not worry about harmful pesticides or fertilizers. Plus, this bamboo is not a food source, or a habitat, for the Giant Panda. Totally good for you and totally good for the environment. Hand wash peel and occasionally use Totally Bamboo's Revitalizing Oil to extend the life and keep it looking beautiful. Peel measures 23-inch long by 14-inch wide and 5/8-inch thick.
