5. Prefabricates house is a flexible product. When being deliveried, it can be knocked-down to save space. When being erected, it could be installed by common workers with electric tools according to instruction and CD. Four persons can finish 40 m2 in 8 hours. The structure is connected by bolt and the wall is fixed by revit. Light material without overload makes the house easy to be packed and transported.
