Construction Technology Process of Breathable freely plastic runway

1,In order to ensure bottom coating's perviousness, we should avoid construction in a condition of burning sun or under higher temperature(>450℃). If there is dew on the morning, it is not fit for construction too. Anyway the base surface should be dry before construction.

2,To clean the base surface, and do waterproof treatment to concrete surface after the surface totally drying. Using a roller to paint a layer of waterproof material. The recommended coverage per square is 0.2KG.The surface curing time is 24 hours.

3,After finishing solidifying, we prepare the high elasticity black colloidal particles with particle size of 3-4mm, mixed with high strength PU single glue. And the recommended proportion of those is 1:8. Then after mixing well, we pour them into pover. The laying thickness is 9-10mm. And the recommended dosage of particles per square is 8KG, with 1KG glue per square. The solidity time is 24 hours.

4,The proportion of finishing paint A material on runway and B material is 1:3. And mixing them well for following use. Then mixing EPDM with particle size of 1-2mm and finishing paint well, with proportion of 1:1, then pour them into paver. Let spray gun's angle keep 60 degree for spraying. After finishing spraying, we need 24hour for solidifying&maintenance. Spraying the runway in the opposite direction again. The recommended dosage of finishing paint is 1.2kg per square, EPDM particles are 1.1kg per square, the catalyst is 0.012kg per square, then it still needs 24 hours to solidify.

5.After finishing for 24hours solidifying&maintenance, we can mark line on the ground, and the marking paint is 0.01kg per square. 6.Finishing construction of all progress, after 7days for maintenance for the runway, we can put it into use.

Breathable type track's subtratum use combinaiton of single fluid type PU and elastic rubber particles. It has the advantage of breathable functions. The steam produced by fondation ernanaster our soon, then blister wont ovserved, which meet stardard requirement, better elasticity. 

1. surface sourse adopts EPDM granules, which make the track fight sun damage, with strong wear resistance and no fading.

2. EPDM surface course is spraied by sprya machine, and the EPDM surface is the mxture of lyurethane slurry and preplymer, with good weather resistance, non-ageing.
