Mould steel used for making corrosion resistance and wear resistance of high quality plastic moulds, transparent moulds.

Mould steel DIN 1.2316(AISI 420SS, ASSAB S136H, GB 3Cr17NiMnMo).

1) Chemicial composition: C=0.38~0.40, Si=0.30~0.45, Mn=0.50~0.70, Cr=16.00~17.00, Mo=0.80~1.20, Ni=0.20~1.00, P≤0.03, S≤0.03.

2) Delivery condition: EAF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black or machined surface, hardened, hardness: 31-35 HRC, or annealed, hardness: HBS≤229.

3) Application: used for making corrosion resistance and wear resistance of high quality plastic moulds, transparent plastic moulds, like: PVC moulds.
