Mould steel used for making various large-sized or medium-sized precise plastic moulds and low melting point alloy parts

Mould steel DIN 1.2311(AISI P20, GB 3Cr2Mo).

1) Chemicial composition: C=0.28~0.40, Si=0.20~0.80, Mn=0.60~1.00, P≤0.03, S≤0.03, Cr=1.40~2.00, Mo=0.30~0.55.

2) Delivery condition: hot rolled or forged, EAF or ESR, black surface, hardened and tempered,
hardness: 28-33 HRC, or annealed hardness: HBS≤235.

3) Application: used for mahing various large-sized or medium-sized precise plastic moulds and low melting point alloy parts, like: tin, zinc and lead alloy casting moulds.
