Mould steel used for making large area, complex shape and large impact cold work moulds and tools.

Mould steel DIN 1.2601(AISI D5, GB Cr12MoV).

1) Chemicial composition: C=1.45~1.70, Si≤0.40, Mn≤0.35, Cr=11.00~12.50, V=0.15~0.30, Mo=0.40~0.60.

2) Delivery condition: EAF or ESR, hot rolled or forged, black or machined surface, annealed, hardness: HBS=207~255.

3) Application: used for making large area, complex shape and large impact cold work moulds and tools, like: punching moulds, cold squeezing moulds and circular saws.
