  Brief Introduction

Jacketed Conical Screw Mixer is a convective mixer with a high mixing efficiency. The VSM treats the product mixture gently and guarantees a high level of mixing accuracy without any material distortion. This machine relies on a combined three-dimensional action produced by a screw suspended from a turning arm inside the conical vessel and the rotation of the screw itself.

Jacketed Conical Screw Mixer  is used for applications in which gentle mixing or blending in combination with residue-free material discharge is required. Furthermore, this type of mixer is suitable for intermediate material storage combined with temporary blending.
The Conical Mixer is used for mixing or blending of powders or pastes, for granulation and agglomeration of powders with binding liquid addition, as well as for crystallization.

1.Short Mixing Time
It achieves a throughly homogeneous mix in 30 to 40% the time of most conventional mixers in the same category such depending on mixing element speeds.

Cone screw mixer (Nouta Mixer) require approximately 50% power over conventional blender.

Fragile filaments and flakes are safe from degradation and mixing is accomplished with minimal heat built up and aeration in the product.

5.Full Load Starting
Its screw agitator begins axially rotating and loosens batch material before its orbiting motion starts. This design feature prevents stalling and permits starting under full load in the event of a power failure. Soft starters are available to reduce excessive torque at start up.

6.Fast, Complete Discharge
Its unique cone design provides for gravity unloading, gives cleaner and faster batch discharge.

7.Easy Liquid Addition
Liquids are injected and atomized into the top of the mixer through the hollow shaft of the drive system.

Mixing of Partial Batches
Partial or full load batches are mixing equally well with no reduction in mixing efficiency.

8.Easy to clean
The top entering drive system provides full product protection with no bearing nor seals in direct contact with the product. Its unique obstruction - free cone shaped design allows for quick and easy cleaning

      Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?

      A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.

 Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?

     A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.

 Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?

       A: Generally, our equipments are the most durable type in the industry, this is also the feature of the label impression of DZJX for most of our customers at home or abroad. With our experienced quality control team, we are trying to offer most of our customers the product with bset quality. However, we do recognized that there do have small amount of the product which may got faulty or damaged for different reasons.

 Q: How do your after-sale service work if the product got damaged?

     A: In the gurantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged parts for the customer, but if the damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refound this part of cost.(note: Vulnerable parts do not include.)
