This series of boiler gear speed reducers apply multi-speed motors.Stator winding uses YY connection in four-pole motor,Y coonnection in six-pole motor and delta connection in eight-pole motor.Please strictly adhere to the wiring diagram to avoid possible problems.

Note:

1.Fix the reducer at the extremity against the grate stoker's stretching direction.When the chain extending,the gear reducer can move vertically with the chain grate transmission shaft and tensioning the chains.

The suggestions according our professional engineers about how to installation and adjustment and maintenance:

1.Check the electromotor before installation,ensure that the motor is not moistured during transportation or deposition and all bolts and joints are well fastened.

2.Determine the position to cement the gear speed reducer according to the central height of the boiler grate shaft.Vertical deviation between output shaft of the reducer and driving shaft of the boiler grate stoker should less than 2.5mm,angular separation between the two axis should less than 30 degrees.

3.Add gear oil to the central point of the oil scale.Screw off the ring bolt and fill oil to the upper cab.Use the spring oil filler mear the tank cover to refuel the lower cab.Change oil three months later for the first time.and then change it every six months,Check the oil scale periodically.

4.Oil cups near slide gear at the end of the output shaft should be fueled with compound oil reqularly.

5.Do not add too much oil to the lower tank body.Otherwise it will permeate to the electrical motor and cause the motor out of work.

6.Fix the gear speed reducer at the extremity against the grate stoker's stretching direction.When the chain extending,the reducer can move vertically with the chain grate transmission shaft and tensioning the chains.

7.When a new boiler runs the first time,the clutch might be disengaged intermittent due to the friction of the chain grage stoker.In this condition,please tight the safety clutch spring,run several minutes and then turn the safety clutch spring to the scope of nomal use.

8.When the safety clutch is disengaged in operation,turn off the power supply immediately,check and analysis the cause,fix it before run it again.

9.Refuel lubricating oil to the joint of the clutch and the worm shaft regularly to ensure that the clutch axial moves smoothly.

10.Keep the surroundings clean to provent dust.
