Brief Introduction

CW series Pulp sifter is a Single quality forced vibration system screening equipment. It consisted by the components of screen box, vibrator, elastic element, etc.

The working track of this series is circle, with its Drum asana eccentric block vibration exciter, the equipment could be used in screening for Mining, Metallurgy, construction and paper making industry etc.

Advantage

In the paper making industry, the screening process could separate the impurities from the Pulp, such as the wood pieces, sand or slag. Thus to enhance the capacity of the pulp.

Fine material could move to the downward of the screen plate, and ejectmet from the screen slot.

The material suck in the screen slot would jump to prevent clogging.

The tire coupling connection ensures its stable working performance. And circumferential stiffness is bigger, can transfer large torque and radial stiffness is very small, can bear large radial runout deformation.
