SZG series vibrating conveyor/feeder is an important inertia vibrating conveyor. SZG series vibration conveyor consists of vibration source- vibration motor or vibration excitor,supporting body , vibration damper, load-supporting base and other accessories.According to the working environment and specific requirement of the materiel,the supporting body of the conveyor can be shaped as U groove and tubular.It can also be made in openning type and sealing type to satisfy  different technological process. Because the supporting body of the conveyor is made of metal and its lubricating points is far from meteriels,it can not  only transport the common materiel in normal temperature ,but also convey the poison-contained materiel in high temperature . If making additional work on the supporting body, other techonological requirements can be realized during transportation, such as filtration, dryness, warming-up and cooling of the material.

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?

A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.

Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?

A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 15 days to 30 days based on different situations.
