Automatic asphalt distributor is one of our most popular remaintenance. It is specially manufactured to spray emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt, heavy-duty asphalt and high viscous modified asphalt, etc.  Its highly engineered design guarantees the uniform spraying of asphalt. The design of this distributor has been improved and perfected for road construction by our expect engineers.

The asphalt distributor contains truck, asphalt distributor system, pneumatic system, water system, control system, and speed measurement system.

1. Truck

HOWO chassis, with strong power, low oil wear, steady operation, suitable air conditioner, is comfortable for operation. 

2. Asphalt distributor system

It is made up by heating system and distributing system.

(A) Heating system

 Coiler, which is in the bottom of the tank, has heating oil and can heat the inner asphalt.

Heating pump, from international famous brand, can keep the heating oil circular.

 Heat Exchanger, can fast heat oil.

Expansion tank, can provide enough space to make sure that the overfall heat oil can flow in and the water & gas can exhaust.

Through the exhaust port on the expansion tank, the heating system becomes atmospheric pressure system to protect the safe of the heating pipe.

The diesel burner, famous brand BACKETT, heats the oil exchanger with DC 24V.

The circular heating oil will heat all the asphalt pipes and nozzles to make sure that asphalt can smoothly move from the tank to the nozzles.

(B) Distributor system 

It contains of asphalt tank, pipes, pump, filter, sprayer device, sprayer lifting device.

The asphalt tank, with 100mm glass wool covers to keep warm in the shell of the tank. There are some wave plate to avoid the impact from the asphalt when the truck moving. Static heat preservation performance index ≤12℃/8h.

Asphalt pipes, to transport the asphalt from the tank to nozzles, the process as follows.

Tank→ pipes→pump→pipes→Tank

The heating system can cover all the asphalt pipes to automatically ensure the asphalt temperature by the gas control valve

There are high pressure air pipes and diesel pipes. Eason Lee can fully clean the asphalt pipes after work through the high pressure air and a little diesel.  

Asphalt pump, famous brand, makes the asphalt flow in the pipes.

Asphalt filter, can remove the inclusion in the asphalt to protect the pump and the nozzles.

Spraying parts: The piston makes the spraying device on/off, and the pneumatic cylinder makes the nozzles on/off. The special pipe design can ensure the uniform pressure and good spraying effect.

While the spraying bar lifts up/down, the road gets double-spray or multi-spray. While the spraying bar lifts left/right, the road gets larger area spray.

3. Pneumatic system

 The pneumatic system contains air supply, valves, pipes, joins, pneumatic  cylinder and so on. The truck can supply enough air.

4. Water system

Water system mainly contains tank, filter, valves, pipes, spray frame, nozzles and so on. The nozzles are on the top of the wheels to avoid the asphalt sticking on the wheel, to avoid slip on the mountain road, to avoid high temperature in summer.

5. Control system

• According the spraying amount, the computer automatically figures out the truck speed and the pump speed and provides suggested truck speed to the driver.
• The spray amount can be modified on the computer, and the program will adjust the spray amount according to the input parameter and the truck speed.
• According the asphalt density and weight, the computer modifies the parameter and exactly control the asphalt pump output, so the spray amount can be exactly controlled in the scope of ±1.5%.
• The coder can exactly text the speed of the asphalt pump to ensure the spray precision.
• Easy operation and manual automatic switch can raise the efficiency.
• Manual/auto  control way can make each nozzle on/off.
• There are operation buttons in the cab and at the tail of the truck.
