Structure:

This furnace is developed by our company,the lower structures have melting tank or crucible,throat,picking material tank.

It uses high-grade fused zirconium corundum refractory and direct to touch the glass liquid;the upper structure uses high-soft point silica refractory material to touch the flame directly.

The fuel is Natural gas, LPG,Coking Gas. Air for combustion condition is using secondary air heated by waste heat to help combustion.

The designed flame radiation temperature is 1200-1500°C. The furnace is whole insulation.
