Short introduction about application

This chilli sauce filling machine dedicated for paste material jam, like ketchup, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce, cheese, chilli sauce, cooking oil, peanut oil, olivia oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, corn oil and also lubricant oil.

Machine struture introduction

Main Structure: Stander and Sealing Window, Gearing, Filling System, Quantity Guide Rail,PLC control system.

Stander and Sealing Window:Stander is used to install gearing system, supporting rotational part and safety window of filling machine.

Gearing: there are some parts on the working bedplate such as conveying device for inletting and out letting bottles, main dial, upright post of ration guide rail and so on. Under the working bedplate, there is gearing including main motor, transmission worm gear, overloading protection and braking device. They are used to assure above-mentioned parts run.

Filling System: It is the core of the whole machine including filling tank, valve body, piston Etc.

Vacuum anti-leakage device: It is used to wipe off the remaining oil drop on the filling nozzle after finishing filling so that prevent the oil/paste material drop contaminating the bottle and machine surface

Ration Guide Rail: Adjust the travel route within certain range and control filling quantity of material during the course of filling.
