DRINK FILLING MACHINE INTRODUCTION

This BGF24-24-8 drink filling machine is a 3-in-1 washing filling and capping monoblock. The drink filling machine is mainly used for filling carbonated soft drink(CSD) into PET bottles. It carries out washing bottle, isobar filling and capping in one machine. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control and touch screen, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping system. Production capacity is 6,000-8,000BPH (optioned from 3,000BPH to 30000BPH) based on 500ml PET bottle

FEATURES

1. The air conveyor is directly connected with bottle inlet starwheel. The bottles are transferred by neck holding.
2. High speed filling line is of clamping transferring technology. Bottle shapes are more varied, and the working table inside the machine is more laconic.
3. By 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
4. Specially designed stainless steel bottle clamps don't contact the thread parts of the bottle neck, avoiding the second contamination.
5. The high speed line is of ring type pressure bearing hydraulic cylinder.
6. High speed and large flow filling valve assures the high filling speed and exact fluid level.
7. Liquid contact parts are all of excellent stainless steel or food level rubber. The electrical parts and pneumatic components are of international brand and achieve the national food sanitary standard. Such as PLC from OMRON or SIEMENS, motors from SEW, pneumatic components from SMC or AIRTAC, etc.
8. The bottle outlet starwheel is of screwdown shape. When bottle size is changed, there is no need to adjust the transferring chain’s height.

Before sales:
the buyer must cooperate with us with patience, and provide us all needed informations, these information is very important, because the final solution based on these informations.

During build:
we will update the manufacturing process and status to buyers, and we will invite buyer come to test the machine when it finished in our factory, if the buyer think it is ok, we will arrange shipping; or we can take the testing video and send to buyer, the purpose is that the buyer?can inspect the machine but without travelling.

After sales:
We will send technicians to buys factory for installation, commissioning, and operator training; Our warranty period is 12 months, in this period, we provide free parts for buyer as well as the necessary technical support.Out of warranty period, we offer free technical support, and the cost price of spare parts
