I.  EPS shape production line mainly includes 3 parts:  

 1. EPS pre-expander: it’s used to make EPS raw material to foamed beads

 2. EPS shape molding machine: it’s used to make foamed beads to kinds of shaped products like foam box, electric & electronic package, ICF, helmet, seed tray, decoration cornice and etc.

 3. Mould:it’s hang in the shape molding machine to make different products.

A.EPS pre-expander machine

It turns eps raw material (expanded polystyrene) to big and light foam beads through steam heating. With PLC and touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating and ejecting foam beads.

B. EPS shape molding machine 

The machine applies PLC and touch screen with advanced molding technique can produce various shapes of EPS products, the vacuum and hydraulic system can increase molding speed and reduce cooling time

C. Moulds for EPS machines

Standard export packaging:

Outer package: standard export wooden cases.

Inner package: plastic paper or wrapped with stretch film and etc. 

Shipment: 

By sea from Shanghai or Ningbo port 

By train from Ningbo station 

By truck from Kashgar, Urumuqi or other checkpoint
