I.  EPS 3D panel production line mainly includes four parts:

1. EPS pre-expander: it’s used to make EPS raw material to foamed beads.

2. EPS block molding machine: it’s used to make foamed beads to foam block. 

3. EPS cutting machine: it’s used to cut the big foam block to small size you need.

4. Steel wire mesh welding machine:it's used to coat EPS panel with light steel wire.

A.EPS pre-expander 

It turns eps raw material (expanded polystyrene) to big and light foam beads through steam

heating. With PLC and touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating

and ejecting foam beads.  

B. EPS Block Molding Machine 

It makes eps foam beads to big foam block through steam heating and air cooling. With PLC 

and touch screen to realize full automatic production for feeding, heating, vacuum cooling, mould 

opening, mould closing and ejecting the foam block.

C. EPS cutting machine 

It cuts the big foam block to small size with electricity hot wire, can cut in 3 direction: Horizontal, vertical, Lateral.  

D. Steel wire mesh welding machine

It coats the cutted EPS panel with light steel wire to make it used in construction industry, heat and sound insulation with large load-bearing capacity, easy to install and splice.

A: 30% TT deposit + 70% TT before shipment,50% TT deposit + 50% LC balance, Flexible payment can be negotiated.

Q: Installation and commissioning?

A: We will send our engineer for installation and commissioning, but relevant cost will be paid by you.
