This is a generic USB 1.1 to Dual RS-232 (Serial) cable adapter.
This device uses the Asix MCS7720 chipset.
Connect this to any compatible Windows, Linux or Apple Mac computer to easily add two RS-232 Serial Ports to your device.
One end of the cable contains a standard USB connector, the other side has two RS-232 DB9 Male connectors.
Adapters are in good physical condition with scuffs, scratches and marks from usage.
All adapters were tested on a Windows XP and Windows 8.1 computer using the drivers that were downloaded from this website.
The device was properly detected in device manager and two seperate COM (serial) ports appeared in the device manager as well.
NOTE: You will need to download the proper driver and install it to properly use this device. If you do not know how to do this, please consult a computer expert to assist you. The drivers are available in the informational link listed below. Drivers will not be shipped.
