1. 1.    REMOTE CONTROL PANEL

One (1) remote control panel includes the following major components unitized and mounted on an oilfield skid of heavy duty welded steel construction, and the skid equipped with pork lifting pocket:

1. a.   One (1) at least 650 liter (170 gallon) stainless steel oil tank , complete 2” air vent, internal baffles, sight glass gauge and four (4) 4” large inspection port.
2. b.   Eight (8) 40 liter (11 gallon) capacity 21MPa (3000 psi) WP accumulators, postposition, bladder type precharged with nitrogen gas. The accumulator assembly is tested to 4500 psi. This vessel meets API requirements. Accumulators are provided with ASME U-1A certificates.
3. c.   One (1) electric motor driven triplex pump, completes with automatic pressure switch and relief valve. Pump displacement 24 liter/min. (6.3GPM) at 21MPa (3000psi) output pressure. One (1) explosion proof motor 11 kW. 3ph 415V/50 Hz.
4. d.   Two (2) pneumatic pumps with capacity of 20 liter/min (5.5GPM) from 0 MPa to 10.5MPa (1500psi) output pressure and 21MPa (3000 psi) output pressure with a 0.53MPa air supply. The ratio of liquid/air is 50:1.
5. e.   One (1) air supply manifold include air regulator, filter/separator, stop valve, bypass valve and automatic pressure switch which allows full flow to the air pump up to desired shutoff pressures.
6. f.    One (1) control manifold consisting of the following major components:

a)    Four (4) 1” manual/remote operated 3-pos./4-way control valves for the controlling of:

Annular preventer        (open/close)

Pipe ram preventer       (open/close)

Blind preventer          (open/close)

Backup valve            (open/close)

b)    Four (4) 100 mm OD pressure gauge for the following pressure indication:

Accumulator pressure with 0~40MPa (0~5800 psi) range.

Manifold pressure with 0~40MPa (0~5800 psi) range.

Annular supply pressure with 0~25MPa (0~3570 psi) range.

Air supply pressure with 0~1.6Pa (0~232 psi) range.

c)    One (1) 1” manual-pneumatic regulator assembly for local and remote operation of the regulating of annular preventer function pressure.

d)    One (1) 1” hydraulic regulator assembly for the regulating of the manifold function pressure.

e)    One (1) 1” 2-position, 4-way manual/remote operated control valve for operation of the manifold pressure bypass function.

f)     One (1) cock valve for selection of local and remote operation for annular pressure.

g)    One (1) air regulator for local regulation of annular pressure.

1. g.   Three (3) air transmitter for the remote indications of the following pressure reading :

Accumulator pressure with 0~40MPa (0~5800 psi) range.

Manifold pressure with 0~40MPa (0~5800 psi) range.

Annular supply pressure with 0~25MPa (0~3570 psi) range.

1. h.   One (1) explosion proof magnetic starter includes necessary elements. In addition to this the starter will include the following indication lamps:
