DHPG-24 super high pressure slab gate valve
This product is super high pressure forged steel oil/gas wellhead valve which is designed according to ASME specifications. Its main characteristics are high pressure and erosion resistance, compact structure, low maintenance cost. This type of valves are mainly used in unconventional oil/gas exploitation and hydraulic fracturing working. The working pressure is 30000PSI.
Main design excellences
1.non-lifting stem manual structure to reduce valve height.
2. metal seal used on valve body and bonnet.
3.double gates structure, spring preload, reliable seal in high/low pressure conditions
4.switch indication device on top of the valve to avoid wrong operation.
5. guiding design to ensure gate lubricated and gate surface protected to avoid gate blocked.
6. multi-stage step-down stem seal design, seal ring simple structure, easy installation, low torque, no leakage.
