GHC105 manifold truck consists of load chassis, The accessory hydraulic crane, High and low pressure manifold and High and low pressure pipe fittings, High pressure pipe rack, High pressure pipe fittings box, low pressure pipe fittings, perfusion pump, pressure testing pump, and so on.
It can be used to connect fracturing truck and the sand mixing truck. Also could realize the function of pressure testing before the Fracture acidizing operation on site. In the meanwhile, the high and low pressure pipe rack all have enough Installation support and bracket, whole set truck is reasonable installed, front axle and the rear axle cannot overload when the truck is full of manifolds.
This kind of truck has very good feature in shock resistance and off - road performance
All specs couldadapt to the oil and gas fracturing acidizing field requirements.
