Brief Introduction

   A compound chain transmission device is an actuating unit to provide motive power to the rig and perform power distribution.

Technical Performance & Characteristics

1,compound chain boxes feature the integral type, compact structure, high transmission efficiency, long service life, rig replacement sparing removal of chains, saved time and reduced costs.  

2,All main bearings in each axis of the drive chains are of double-row centripetal spherical roller type with big windage distinguished with enhanced bearing and automatic self-aligning capacities. Free bearings are of spherical or cylindrical roller type. 

3,Clutches in the drive chain box are of pneumatic or push-tray type with enhanced torque transmission capacity and distinguished with easy installation and maintenance.

 4,Chain box are lubricated with thin oil ensure adequate lubrication of chains. A lubrication system is installed in the box so that all lubrication points are fully lubricated without any leakage and oil consumption is reduced. 

5,An air compressor may be installed on the base of the wagon box so as to realize integral transportation and installation of the chain box, considerably reduce the workload in installation or relocation, time required to dissemble a rig, space necessary for transportation and installation as well as labor intensity, and ensure simpler and neater background layout. 

6,A small rotary chain box can be used to feed motive power to the drawworks in order to reduce the length of the compound wheel box, facilitate transportation, lower and cut down the weight of the background of the drilling rigs.
