Drilling pumps are used to circulate drilling fluid during the drilling process, thus the key component of the drilling fluid circulation system. It mainly comprises two sections, namely the power end and the fluid end. Products comply with API Spec 7K,  and API symbol occupancy permit has been obtained

Technical Performance & Characteristics

1,Power end: provided with a welded shell with high strength and light weight, a drive gear that is integral with two involutes and double helical teeth on the hard tooth surface, featuring stable operation, high efficiency and long service life, a bent axle that features eccentric hollow cast steel structure, light weight and enhanced carrying capacity, combined splash and forced lubrication to ensure reliable performance, gear rings, cylinder rods and other components tightened with Spiralock locknuts to ensure reliable performance and easy disassembly.

2,Fluid end: provided with a straight-through fluid cylinder that features compact structure, smooth flow and high volumetric efficiency and forged of alloy steel with high strength and pressure-proof performance, an air bag equipped with forged or cast steel spherical devices to ensure smooth, safe and reliable flow discharge, a cylinder, suction/discharge valves and other components that are highly standardized, generalized, and seriated.

3,The cylinder rod and the intermediate rod are connected by a lathedog so as to achieve rapid assembly as well as disassembly.

4,The cylinder sleeve and the piston are cooled and lubricated with an independent spray pump so as to prolong its service life.

5,Highly generalized components and wearing parts are interchangeable with those for pumps of the same type. 

6,ZY3NB1300-1 drilling pumps are newly developed with light overall weight and high performance price ratio. The fluid end

is totally interchangeable with SL3NB1300 pumps, and the power end is provided with improved design and also totally interchangeable (except axes and the outer shell).
