A drawworks is the core component of the oil rig, mainly used to deliver tools, hoist/descend derricks and run the drilling tools and pipe shrouds into the well during the drilling process.

1,Electric single-axis winch:

It comprises an AC or DC motor, a gear reducer, a hydraulic brake pad, a frame, a roller shaft assembly, an automatic drilling tool feeder, control system, etc. Compared with those of the same type, it features less parts, smaller size, and lighter weight. The roller shaft is driven by a DC or AC variable frequency motor driven through thegear reducer (or by two motors driving the gear reducer) and can achieve smooth speed regulation from 0 to 140HZ. A two-stage gear reducer is incorporated to provide driving force, featuring high efficiency, reduced vibration and noise, and extendedservice life. The main brake is of hydraulic pad type, and the auxiliary adopts dynamic braking or EATON products. In the roller is provided with a LeBus rope groove, an independent numerically controlled AC variable frequency gearing and an automatic computer control system so as to automatically deliver rigs; the conditions when running tools to and drilling in the well are under real-time monitoring and analysis in order to achieve optimal performance.
