Company has various types of substructure including skid mounted substructure, truck-mounted/mobile substructure, trailer substructure, piled box substructure, sling shot substructure, swing lift substructure.
Piled box substructure, drilling floor is high enough to meet requirement of installing standard BOP stack.
Back section of substructure is low to ensure easily install main drawworks and power transmission block.
Sling shot substructure is designed for electric driving rigs. Drilling floor and equipment on it can be assembled in low position and rig up done when drilling floor in low position.
Then raise up substructure and mast integrally. Drilling floor has hydraulic buffer cylinders at its left and right section. The cylinders play role as buffer device when substructure up and as impetus when it down.
About swing lift substructure, drilling floor and equipment on it can be assembled in low position and rig up done when drilling floor in low position. Then raise up substructure and mast integrally.
