welded straight blade centralizers are designed for high restoring force combined with low starting force for levels where differential sticking may occur and low running and starting forces are desirable with high restoring force to maintain proper casing stand-off.
These Centralizers meet the API-10D specification.
The high quality alloy steel bow springs are welded to the end collars under controlled conditions with the correct grade of electrode. The end-collars are latch-on design with specially designed high strength steel locking pins that do no work loose.
Welded straight blade centralizers feature specially designed integral hinges that are folded on the inside so as to stay intact even under extreme stress.
Available in sizes from 4-1/2” to 20” with a choice of five different bow heights for achieving the right combination for casing/open hole configuration
