BM1 motor is a small, economical type, designed with Spool Valve, which adapt the gerotor gear set design and provide compact volume, high power and low weight.

Features:

1. Advanced design of the spool valve and Gerotor gear, has small volume, high efficiency and long life.
2. Credible shaft seal , which can bear high pressure of motor, can also be used in parallel or in series.
3.Direction of shaft rotation and speed can be controlled easily

Main Specification

Note:

1. Intermittent means the entrance of the maximum pressure. 

Continuous working pressure means the differential pressure.

2. Motor should not work under the highest pressure and the maximum speed.

3. The running time should not exceed 10% under intermittent working conditions.

4. The maximum working temperature is 80℃

5. The maximum allowable backpressure is 10Mpa, but recommend not exceed 5Mpa, Case drain line is recommended when back pressure higher than 5 Mpa.. The motor life is benefited from a case drain line.

6. A simultaneous maximum RPM and maximum pressure NOT recommended Maximum pressure or maximum RPM operation: 10% of every minute.

7. Recommended fluids: Anti-wear type of hydraulic oil. viscosity recommended 37-73 cSt. Recommended filtration ISO18/13.

8. It is highly recommended that the motor runs below 30% of rated pressure for at least one hour before application of full load. Be sure the motor is filled with fluid prior to any load applications.
