The feature of  HJ mechanical suspension

HJ suspensions are complied with the international standard,which can be exchanged with original BPW spare parts and Fuwa parts.

1. Axle beam is made of high intensity alloy plank, and it is once formed by 1200T oil manometer and connected by shielded arc welding;

2. Axle spindle is also made of alloy material which was processed by digital controlled lathe. The bearing can be fixed by hand instead of heating, also convenient for maintain and fixing;

3. Brake lining is high performance, nonasbestos, nonpollution and long using life. To make check and replace easy, also come with the position of the exhaustion to remind customer to check and maintain;

4. The wheel hub and brake drum use the international standard material of ball iron and gray iron separeately, which has the advantages of over loading capability, abrade resistant, heat resistant and not easy to distort;

5. HJ axle designed as international standard, ABS systems are alternative, which can provide firm protection for axle.
