HJ quality controll process:

1. For each batch material, we will do metallographic Analysis, Carbon & sulfur Analysis and use expander machine to test the metal mechanic property.

2. For finished axles, we do Fatigue Test to check the plastic deformation of axle; while for fastener welding parts, we do surface decarburation layer test, Vickers hardness test and weld penetration.

3. HJ only get one quality standard, and we never produce products according to the price.
