5. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?

6. How many days will samples be finished? and how about the mass production?

--Generally, 3-5days for sample making.

--The delivery time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc

7. Which payment can you accept?

--Western Union or T/T, 40% deposit, balance before shipment.

8. What is the mold fee?

--For our package, we need the mold to make the package to be the same as your design. so every customer have to pay the mold fee, but if your order quantity is big enough, the mold fee can be return, moreover, you only have to pay the mold fee once, because we will keep the mold of every customer very well, when you place order next time, you will don’t have charge the mold fee.
