     A: Depend on the product types, if just change the packing like color box, MOQ is 4000pcs. If need open new mould, that will see the design and material, we can discuss. Mould charge can be returned when the order reach specify quantities.
 
Q: How is the service life and warranty of your product?
    A: Keep informed us the feedback about products selling in the market and we will improve them accordingly. Products have serious quality problem issue; we will replace them within half year.
 
Q: Car air freshener can be printed both sides of bottle?
    A: Yes, depend on the bottle size and your requirement. You will be requested MOQ.
 
Q: And after opened, how long does the fragrance lasts?
    A: Air vent product series are made by oil material, it can lasting at least 30-45 days in the car. Air freshener on panel can use from 30 to 90 days according to the capacity.
 
Q: how long can we store it before sold?
    A: Perfume can keep in good condition for 3-5 years even not open the packing.
 
Q: Can I get free samples? How long is the sample lead time?
    A: Sure, regular samples can be available within 2 days. You will be requested to bear express charge. Charge will be returned after you place an order.
 
Q: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? 
    A: You are welcome to send us the JPG first for reference. To process it, please email us AI, CorelDraw.
