FeCrAl Resistance Heating Wire mesh is made of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy containing small amount of reactive elements such as yttrium and zirconium. It has excellent mechanical properties and superior corrosion resistance in the high temperature operations.
FeCrAl Resistance Heating Wire mesh is an excellent quality material that is used in manufacturing commercial heating equipments.
FeCrAl(0Cr21Al4) alloy can be processed at temperatures up to 1250oC. It provides grain precipitation development in the welded zones. the resistance embrittlement occurs when it is used at ambient temperatures. The Iron-Chromium-Aluminum alloy provides corrosion resistance by alumina oxide layer in the oxidizing conditions.
Characteristic of FeCrAl resistance heating wire mesh:
