Before you start scanning, you should disable some computer settings and close some programs that may affect your scanning process. 

1)       Cancel screen saving and power saving functions.

2)       Close anti-virus and all running programs.

3)       Don’t use other programs during scanning process

4)       Especially don’t open the current scanning data file.
