Blind Rivet is comprised of two components , a rivet body and mandrel , the rivet is first placed into an installation tool , and is then inserted into the application or vice versa , activating the tool pulls the rivets mandrel drawing the mandrel head into the blind end of the rivet body . This action forms an upset head on the rivet body and securely clamps the application materials together .

The mandrel reahes its predetemined break load , with the spent portion of the mandrel breaking away and being removed from the set rivet , fast and easy to use blind rivet offer speed of assembly , consistent mechanical performance and excellent installed appearance , making blind riveting a relable and econmoical assembly method .

 Notes to select

1. Select rivets in right diameter and material per mechanics and compatibiltiy of fastened material .

2. Select rivets length based on thinkness of fastened material .

3. Select right size per drilling diameter .

(1) Checking material before feed in

all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before put them onto the machines to ensure material is available .

(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )

The semi-finished products must be checked in special tools during production , this ensure products are always under control .

(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing after post treatment

(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;

All goods were finished , they must to be tested and checked before package ; In this phase , goods will be checked in full inspection or partial inspection . and checking methods can be by handle or auto-machines .

(5) Packing

Packed in polybags and cartons or in small color bags .

(6) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )

When all goods are ready , we will make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .

(7) Delivery

Everything is ready , we will deliver goods to appointed place or port according talking
