Finish options

Different fittings different finishs request , suitable finishs can make parts keep nice surface and anti-rust .

1) Zinc . this is the most popular treatment , the usual color cover black , silver , yellow and white . more colors see below color card .

2) Nickel . this is more good finish than zinc and is sole color , many parts are plated also in this finish .

3) Oxidization . this finish is used for part stainless steel pieces , and the most alumiunm parts .

4) Polish . the parts will be more bright after polished , especially for stainless steel parts .

5) Paint . the color of paint is more abundant , it is more paint in different colors . partial paint and full paint for screws .

6) bronze . this finish is very few used just for some special pieces .

7) brass . this finish has a good anti-rust and nice surface but more expensive than zinc .

Quality control

(1) Checking material before feed in

all material must be checked according to the requirements of products before put them onto the machines to ensure material is available .

(2) IPQC ( by handle and auto-machined control )

The semi-finished products must be checked in special tools during production , this ensure products are always under control .

(3) Chemical elements analysis and fhysical testing after post treatment

The most metal products need post treatment after finished proudct, all products will be tested after than to make sure the quality of products are meet the related requirement .

(4) The second inspection , sort all finished goods by sorting machines if required ;

All goods were finished , they must to be tested and checked before package ; In this phase , goods will be checked in full inspection or partial inspection . and checking methods can be by handle or auto-machines .

(5) Packing

Packed in polybags and cartons or in small color bags .

(6) Last inspection ( spot checking , packages status , quantity etc )

When all goods are ready , we will make a final inspection for quantity and package’s status .
