Model 4280x100 horizontal double column & stepless regulation band saw is
suitable for cutting metal and non-metal with big diameter and big section
material, also it is suitable for cutting section steel, sheet material, aluminum,
mould material and so on.

Double stepless regulation: Sterpless linear speed and feeding speed of saw
blade is adopted in this machine, so as enable to ensure the saw blade can be
running-in in different saw speed, thus prolong the life-span of the saw blade.

Double column: Stable double columns structures ensure the steadiness
during sawing and enhance the sawing quality, so as to prolong the life-span of
saw blade.

Hydraulic clamping: Clamping devices locate at two sides of saw blade, the
two sides clamping device ensure the sawtooth free of damaging by the
sudden falling owing to cutting off the workpiece. Bundle cutting is also
available by adding upper pressing device to ensure the cutting quality.

Automatic tracking of hydraulic system: It can control the feeding volume and
achieve the flexibility cutting, so as to prolong the life-span of saw blade.
