Founded in 2003, Shenhan Precise Mould Factory is a corporation specialized in precise mould design, manufacture, assembly, and sample submission of testing mould. As the company’s growing, Dongguan Shenghan Precise Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is founded in Jan. of 2007 with the area of 5,000 sqm. The whole mould-producing process takes use of the globally advanced CAD/CAM/CAE mould development and design system, CNC processing center, slow thread-processing cutters, electric spark machine and other precise mould producing equipment

 Most of the moulds we produce weigh between 30kg and 1.5 tons. Lung Kee Group and Futaba are our main suppliers. Mould fittings are accordant to DME, HASCO, MISUMI international standard. We are familiar with all kinds of features of plastic materials, such as PC+ABS, LCP, NYLON, POM, ABS, PBT, PET, PC, PPS, TPE, TPR and so on. We can also produce thermosetting plastic and bakelite (with a special work shop for that). With the import & export right for self operating foreign business, the company has its products mainly exported to Japan, Germany, and USA. The company’s precise injection mold manufacture, precise injection molding, assembly for finished products and product R&D all achieved ISO9001 Certification, and the company’s environment and the environmental protection also passed ISO14001. In September of 2008, the company passed the test by GE and became the qualified suppler for GE.
