1.Plastic Parts: Imported LLDPE engineering plastics with the standard of GB/T 4454-1996. Rotational mould, infiltration of anti-ultraviolet, anti-crack, anti-static decolorization element passing, smooth surface, security assurances, weather resistance, not easily fade.
2.Column: The national standard Ø114mm diameter galvanized steel pipe with the thickness of 2.2mm (QS standard :BS1387-1985, technology standard :BS1387-1985), welded by the industrial robot, column footing plate screw with a pull-burst, the surface rust, acid degreasing, cleaning, phosphating rust after a special process, throwing sand, imported plastic powder with a double surface household-level spraying layer, electrostatic spray, high-temperature plastic 200 degree baking powder, strong, smooth surface, UV, colorful, easy to fall off.
3.Platform: High strength punching plate, with a special process dealing with wavy surface microscopy, water-proof, safe and beautiful non-slip resistance. Conforming to the European standards,EU EN1176 and USA ASTM.
4.Fastener: No.304 Stainless steel screws(GB/T1221-1992) used Lvkou pieces, and the contact point deduction and the columns to be rubber pads, and machine-processed rice tighten the screw, screw top cover with a plastic cap, but enhance its security.
5.Deck, stair, bridge: Plastisol (rubber coated) or powder coated.
6.Guardrail and handrail :With Ø 60mm, thickness of 2.2mm steel, Ø 32mm, thickness of 2.2 mm pipe, Ø25 mm, thickness of 2.2 mm steel.
7.Iron Part: Galvanized steel pipe with diameter of 60 mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm, wall thickness of 2.5 mm
8.Fittings: high strength aluminum alloy by one-time cast forming. After the slinging processing, all the corners are round and smooth. All screws, with cup heads or T heads, are made of stainless steel 316
9.Roof: Aluminum Sheet (Different material is available at your demand. )
