Shanghai Heng Hui Industrial Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou Xiaoshan Xiaorong Weaving Factory) was founded in 1998 as a professional woven products manufacturer 

specialized in designing and producing varies kinds of slings and straps. In 2009, we build a new production base in Dongjing Industrial Zone, Songjiang, 

Shanghai, covering a total area of 3580 square meters, containing weaving, dyeing and sewing workshops with 30 sets of weaving machines, 3 dyeing machines, 

1x 150T tensile testing machine and 16 sewing machines.

Why Polyester Strapping?

Savings 

Polyester's unique qualities make it one of the best strapping materials to use for securing any type of palletized or unitized load. Depending on the size of steel strapping currently being used, polyester strapping can provide up to a 25% savings in strapping costs. Polyester can eliminate the need for metal seals in certain applications which provides additional savings and reduces product damage that might occur through the use of other packaging alternatives. 

Proven Performance 

Our  Research and Development efforts have led to the introduction of an industrial strength polyester strapping, approved by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) for open top and closed rail car shipments of Brick, Lumber and other panel products. 

Ease of Disposal 

Polyester strapping can be easily disposed of by rolling or bending. Also, it can be cut into small pieces and accumulated for recycling. 

Elongation Recovery 

Polyester strapping provides approximately 2% elongation at normal work tension, which allows the materials to stretch. The strapping will recover this elongation however, keeping the strapping tight around the package even if the load settles and shrinks in size.

Moisture & UV Resistant 

Because it is plastic, it is moisture resistant and therefore unaffected by rusting that might occur with other packaging alternatives which may stain or affect the quality of your product before it gets to its destination. Our polyester strapping is also UV resistant to protect strapping from long periods of exposure to the sun. 

Our PET strap vs. Steel

Our Woven & Composite Polyester strap is a textile product, manufactured from high tenacity polyester yarn, similar to that used in tires and conveyor belts. It is just as strong as steel, without all the disadvantage

Buckles

Our polyester woven straps are used in combination with in-house manufactured buckles. Our buckles provide the strongest and most reliable joint in the strapping industry.

Tensioners

Our woven strapping needs to be tensioned using a manual or pneumatic strapping tool. Minimal wear & tear and low initial cost are just some of the benefits of these tools.

Packaging

Our strapping is offered in a variety of winding types, coil sizes, number of coils per box, and number of boxes per pallet, according to customer demand.

Customizing

As a manufacturer we are able to customize your strap with full coloring and/or marking (company name or logo) – A big marketing advantage at no additional cost (min. quantities required).

-----Yes, we can send you samples for free if you have any express accounts such as DHL, Fedex, EMS etc., or you can pay us the express fee first.

-----Of course, we provide customized service for customers according to their needs, no matter patterns, labels or colors. Or you can send us samples or designs for the OEM service.
