PP PE LDPE Waste Film Plastic Granulator Machine
Function:
The plastic granule machine line is used to pelletize the scraps to granules. But this line has an agglomerator tank on extruder, it is suitable for all kinds of plastic film, such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE.
1. The process of this automatic production line for plastic extrusion and pelletizing is as following:
Extruding----water cooling----drying----cutting---pelletizing.
2.By regulating the rotation speed of extruder and altering screw structure it is applicable to manufacture different plastic profile, like PE PP PS ABS PVC and polyolefin Modificationand granulation: Being applicable to the different plastic material co-mixing, modification and reinforcing granulation.
3. Capacity: 100-400kg/h
