JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals. We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.20mm, width 1480mm.  

 The Process of Coating Line:

• Stitching the strip to the previous coil
• Cleaning the strip
• Power brushing
• Pre-treating with chemicals 
• Drying the strip
• Applying primer on one or both sides
• Curing (often only 15 to 60 seconds!)
• Cooling the strip
• Top coating on one or both sides
• Second curing
• Cooling down to room temperature
• Rewinding of the coated coil
