Product Description                                                                

Aluminum corrugated panel is mainly applicable in the exterior wall decoration of mansion and interior ceiling decoration. It is new evironmental protection decoration material. It can efficiently sovle the problem which aluminum panel and ACP couldn't. Making the decoration more alive. 

Stability                                                                                    

Aluminum corrugated ceiling panel adopt aluminum 3003 H16-H18. Its front-panel is 0.8-1.0mm thick, while back panel is 0.4-0.5mm thick(same as the aluminum honeycomb panel). Inner core adopt aluminum 1100 H16-H18 with 0.2mm thick.  Inner core is designed to be wave shape to increase the cohesivenesss. Outstanding adhesive force comes from the thermosetting resin glue. To insure our quality, we make use of the ERP System on our fully automatic production equipment.

Energy Saving&Environmental Protection                            

The inner core is water-wave shape to form air channel. It is perfect product for heat insulation and preservation. Under the sunlight, the air in the air channel will be heated and flow upward, taking away the heat energy.

JIANA Company utilize high precision rolling coater with excellent quality of coating layer, controlled by Programmable Logic Controller. Six coat, seven bake are finished by one time. To Strenthen the bonding between the aluminum alloy and coating layer, conversion treatment is used by German chemicals.

We own professional coating team, delicate production line, with the ability to produce coated aluminum coil of thickness 0.28-1.2mm, width maximum length 1480mm.
