This  product  is  typically  designed  as  cross - linkable

polyethylene insulation plastic particles.The process of

plasticizing   granulation   is  carried  out   in  a   closed      

system by employing premium polyethylene resins,high

quality  cross-linking  agents  and  other antioxidants. A

series of special  loss-in-weight feeders also guarantees

the stable and precise outcomes . The excellent grafting

reaction  ensures  prominent extrusion  ability as well as

stable and reliable insulating performance.

Application

* Maximum working temperature 90 ℃.
* 35kV cross-linked cable insulation compound.

Processing

Recommend  to  use  conventional  extruder  (three  layers  co-extrusion,  draw  ratio  is  from  20:1  to  30:1)  and  other equipment need to be adjusted according to the circumstance.

Packaging

* 600 kg/net content product in each package.
* Inner lined with plastic sealed film bags.
* Corrugated carton, the bottom tray.

Storage Recommendation

* The maximum storage period should not exceed 6 months.
* Recommend to run out within 12 hours after breaking the package.
* Store at room temperature. Storage environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.
