This is standing locking mold, disc outside , a set of injection system, upper template is fixed with 1 upper die and disc has 2 low dies; disc rotates in 180C,360C during the production, easier and safer operation, higher production efficiency.
High-efficient disc gear drive is borne by flat self-lubricating wearable copper, fast rotation and accurate location, surface chrome-plate is anti-rust, nice and durable.
4-scetiom temperature control, multi-section injecting, pressing and pressure retaining, injection velocity adjusted.
Fully computerized double electric ruler control, automatic alarm, easy for eliminating failures and maintenance work, machine can be equipped with automatic inlaying or taking-out device to raise production capacity, with clamping force of 55T-400T.
Standard disc has 2 stages, 3 or 4 stages for special requirement, for more convenient operation.
Mechanical arm make it more automatically.
