Description: adopt for welding low carbon steel core of hydrogen sodium type medicine skin facing electrode, rely on tungsten carbide alloy in drug skin transition, surfacing metal containing tungsten quantity 80-85%, due to drugs skin thicker, alloy element many, can pick up, use proper ac-dc welding current overlays.


Note: 1. Before welding electrodes must be approved by 300-350 °C baking 1h.

2. Surfacing parts as carbon steel when °C preheated temperature in more than 300, surfacing parts as low alloy steel when the preheated temperature for 400 to 500 °C, surfacing welding parts as stainless steel for 600 - when the preheated temperature °C 650.

3. Low alloy steel and stainless steel welding must be approved by 700 °C annealing.


USES: used for surfacing of strong wear resistant to rock mechanical parts, such as concrete mixer blade, bulldozers and pump blades, dredging machine blade, high-speed sand mixing box mechanical equipments, etc.
