5 gallon bottle blowing machine Main Characteristic:
1.. Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's country).
2.. This series is applicable for PP,PE,PS raw material, and volume between 10L-60L, it is widely used in plastic barrel, tool boxes, hollow desk board, chairs, auto parts and other large and medium-sized plastic hollow products.
Adopts two pull-rod type closing-mold device by rack and pinion system. The large setting platen is suitable for various sizes of moulds.
Adopts accumulator die head, with high quality nitrogen treatment and hardness of surface, resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejection.
Based on products, equipt with 100 points MOOG parison controller, to control the thickness of parison precisely.
Plastic molding machine Basic working theory:
This kind of blow molding machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic primary cylinders. Moreover, it equips with deflashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.
