Die-head

The die head is made by stainless steel S136H or high quality alloyed steel 38CrMoAIA with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.

Clapming system

The clamping unit adopts clamp-style with two platens, forced by hydraulic cylinders with proportional valves at the bottom. This special structure ensures the rigid feature of the platen and also keeps equal force distribution of platens, without deformation.

Drive System

Adopting the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving.
Saving power, lower noise, balanced and stable screw rotation.

Automatic trimming

The machine equipped with automatic trimming system, resulting saving the labor cost at least 75% for one machine and guarantee the good quality continuously.
