This kind of machine is equipped with PLC control system, operating manual in English, all movements by fully hydraulic system operated.
Screw: specially designed based on material’s trait, high quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAl,with nitriding surface HV≥800,brittleness≤2.
Barrel: high quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2.
Drive mode: inverter and hard gear surface decelerator.
Temperature controlling: automatic temperature controled by PLC.
Cooling Mode: adopting water cooler for the processing zone, fan cooler for the rest zones.
Die-head system: Adopt nowadays most advanced accumulator die head, mirror runner, change color and faded quickly. Accumulator tank, ensure reliable and durable, no eccentric.
Clamping system: Double tie rod hydraulic clamping,the structure is compact,effective mold size increase 25%, four clamping pull rod center, guide rails positioning accurate.
PLC and HMI: parameter setting, modification could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing function, menu operated directly and conveniently.
Electric system: adopt world famous brand, such as SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS etc.
