 This series is applicable for PP,PE,raw material, and volume between 10L-20L, it is widely used in plastic barrel, tool boxes, hollow desk board, chairs, auto parts and other large and medium-sized plastic hollow products.

Adopts two pull-rod type  closing-mold device by rack and pinion system. The large setting platen is suitable for various sizes of moulds.

1.Plasticizing System:

Screw& Barrel:  High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA for long working life.large L/D ratio design,ensure material equally processed, extruder stably.

Die –head:First-in First-out(FIFO),center-feeder/customized design.

2. Drive mode:

3.Temperature controller:

PID&PWM heating model,accurate control

4.Clamping system: 

Fixed clamping system, three platen,SMC cylinder ,wider space for the mould, install and dismantle the mould easily, linear roll guide rail.
