2.Functions and characteristic

A. As a prepaid IC card meter, it can work after recharge the electricity through IC card

B. It opens switch when the elelctricity is zero and reminds user to recharge.

C. It opens switch when the power is over limit.

D. Warning threshold of balance elelctricity.

E. It can prevent from te elelctricity energy accumulated.

F. After power off, it can keep the total electricity, remain elelctricity, impulse quantity, and other data can be saved synchronously when the meter works.
