How to use facial cups  

1.Squeeze the cup approximately in the middle.

2.Start at the centre of your face and move the massage cup slowly with a smooth flowing movement to the outside of the face. Move towards the main lymph sites to clear toxins. If not enough glide is achieved apply more cream or oil. 

3. Do not leave the cup in one place for too long as a ‘cup kiss’ bruise could appear.

4.Do not use on areas of broken skin, breakouts, inflamed or sunburnt skin.

5. Massage down the neck towards the major lymph site under your arms.

6. Following your cupping massage blend any remaining product into your skin with firm upward movements.
